Explanatory Notes

Reverse-phase chromatography (RPC) is utilized for the purification, separation, and analysis of biological molecules, including proteins, peptides, antibodies, and other metabolites. It is also employed in the separation and purification of intermediates and final products in chemical synthesis processes.
